Why use a whey protein and a mass gainer? Some people would find this strange?
Let me try and explain this as best I can. I’m currently bulking and struggle to get carbs in post workout so hence the mass gainer shake. But I will only do half a serve which is about 35g carbs but only 15g protein…So then I will do a scoop of whey to add an extra 24g protein! 😉
